have examples?

Have you seen specific instances of cognitively kind interactions, policies, procedures, and/or spaces? Do you have ideas for how particular situations or systems might be redesigned in ways that make them more cognitively kind? Are you fed up with a process that is arguably cognitively cruel, but could in principle be cognitively kind?
